Fokus grupe sa mikro, malim i srednjim preduzećima – Vodič za samozastupanje za mikro, mala i srednja preduzeća (MMSP) / Focus groups with micro, small and medium-sized enterprises – Self-Representation Guide for Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs)

Asocijacija za demokratske inicijative (ADI), zajedno sa Udruženjem poslodavaca FBiH (UPFBiH) i Unijom udruženja poslodavaca Republike Srpske (UUPRS) održala je niz fokus grupa sa predstavnicima/cama mikro, malih i srednjih preduzeća (MMSP) na temu izrade Vodiča za samozastupanje za mikro, mala i srednja preduzeća (MMSP). Fokus grupe su održane u periodu od 12.03.2019. – 24.04.2019.

Na fokus grupama su ukratko predstavljene aktivnosti projekta, te se diskutiralo o problemima koje MMSP imaju u pristupu privrednim sudovima/odjeljenjima, postojećoj strukturi privrednih sudova/odjeljenja, te smo predstavili sadržaj Vodiča za samozastupanje za MMSP. Predstavnici/ce MMSP-a su imali priliku da direktno daju komentare na sadržaj Vodiča, te da predlože koje teme se trebaju detaljnije obraditi u Vodiču.

Fokus grupe su održane u sklopu projekta „Unaprjeđenje pristupa privrednim sudovima u Bosni i Hercegovini, Izrada i distribucija Vodiča za samozastupanje za mikro, mala i srednja preduzeća (MMSP)“, koji je podržan od strane Svjetske banke, a finansiran od strane Vlade Velike Britanije.

 

Focus groups with micro, small and medium-sized enterprises – Self-Representation Guide for Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs)

Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI), in cooperation with the Association of Employers of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (UPFBiH) and Union of Employers’ Associations of Republika Srpska (UUPRS), conducted a series of focus groups with micro, small and medium-sized enterprises on the content of the Self-Representation Guide for Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs). The focus groups were held in the period from March 12, 2019 – April 24, 2019.

During focus groups, we have briefly presented the project’s activities, and discussed the problems that MSMEs have in accessing commercial courts/departments, the existing structure of commercial courts/departments, as well as presented the outline of the Self-Representation Guide for MSMEs. Representatives of the MSMEs had the opportunity to directly comment on the Guide’s content, and to suggest which topics should be further elaborated in the Guide.

Focus groups were held within the project „Improving Commercial Justice in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Develop and Disseminate A Self-Representation Guide for Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs)“ which is supported by the World Bank and financed by the Government of the United Kingdom.
