Selected legal opinions of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Supreme Court of the Republika Srpska, the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Court of Appeal of the Brčko District of BiH can be found through the Court of Justice’s database of judicial documents of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH. The database also provides the lower-level decisions rendered in the selected case and the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina if an appeal to this court is made.

Currently, 10 232 decisions are available in the database, of which 6 207 are decisions in the civil area, 3 093 in the criminal area and 932 in the administrative area. Decisions can be searched by various parameters, e.g. the decision number, the date of the decision, the name of the court that made the decision and similar. The search can also be conducted according to legal terms and free text, e.g. acts against public safety, recognition of a foreign court decision, termination of employment contracts etc.
