In the period December 20 – 21, 2011, training on the topic of the Results Based Management – a methodology for monitoring and evaluating the results of programs and projects, was held at the Vučko Hotel in Jahorina, organized by the international organization Civil Rights Defenders, which has been applying this type of methodology since 2010 using it for annual evaluation of the results of collaboration.
Results Based Management has also been adopted by the Swedish International Development Agency, as a mandatory tool in measuring the results that NGOs have achieved and as an important element in planning future activities.
The training was attended by all Civil Rights Defenders’ partners from BiH. The head coach was Henrik Alffram from Rightshouse (Sweden), while the facilitator was Noak Löfgren from the same organization.
