The training entitled “Fundraising and Developing Relationships with Donors” was held in Skopje on December 21-22, 2015. The training was organized by the international organization Civil Rights Defenders in cooperation with trainer Petar Subotin for partner organizations from BiH, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo.

The training was attended by persons working in fundraising in partner organizations, and a representative of the Association for Democratic Initiatives participated in the training. Through interactive methods, participants were introduced to good practices in fundraising, fundraising planning, donor access, best way to communicate with the donor, both current and future, through an interactive method. In addition, participants learned through practical examples the needs and limitations they face when it comes to fundraising, and worked to improve their communication skills through various communication tools.
