On February 23, 2016 the Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered a judgment stating that the FBiH Labor Law was adopted contrary to the FBiH Constitution and the Rules of Procedure. The ruling repealed the law and will be re-enacted by the Federation Parliament. The new FBiH Labor Law entered into force in August 2015.
