Who can report a criminal act? To whom and how is a criminal act reported? What should be stated in the criminal act report? What happens next with the criminal act report? What are investigative actions, who conducts them and when? What are the rights of the whistleblower? Do I have obligations if and when I report a criminal act? You can find the answers to these questions in the film “Prosecutor’s Office for Citizens – Whistleblower”. The film was prepared by the Association for Democratic Initiatives and Transparency International Bosnia and Herzegovina, as part of the project “Strengthening Public Trust in Prosecutorial System in BiH through Improving Transparency and Accountability”.
