The “Basic Protocol on the Handling of Child Abuse Cases” project is implemented
by the Ombudsman of Catalonia and funded by the Catalan Development Cooperation Agency. The Secretariat of the Balkan Human Rights Network (BHRN) is a local partner within the project and provides an assistant in charge of administrative work and translation that is directly supervised by the project coordinator.
The aim of the project is to create the “Basic Framework Protocol on Child Abuse”, which should contain basic principles and guidelines to be followed by all institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina involved in these cases. The project involves:
