On July 23, 2013, the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH adopted the text of the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH, which was sent for further procedure to the House of Peoples of this Parliament. It is important to emphasize that this Law first proposed the introduction of hate crime into the FBiH Criminal Code.
