The joint report of the CSOs is an assessment of the implementation of the reform measures and activities of the Action Plan Justice Sector Reform Strategy (AP JSRS) by the relevant institution for the period from January 1 – June 30, 2010. Each organization has committed to monitor the implementation of the JSRS in the context of a particular strategic pillar, which broadly coincides with the priority area of action of each organization. The Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI) monitors reform activities related to Pillar 1 – Judiciary; The Helsinki Committee for Human Rights monitors Pillar 2 – Execution of Criminal Sanctions; Association “Vaša prava in Bosnia and Herzegovina” focuses on Pillar 3 – Access to justice; Human Rights Office Tuzla monitors Pillar 4 – Support to economic growth, and Center for Civic Initiative (CCI) analyzes the measures set out under Pillar 5 – Well-managed and coordinated sector.
