This annual report of CSOs is an independent assessment of the implementation of the reform measures and activities of the Action Plan Justice Sector Reform Strategy (AP JSRS) by the relevant institution for the period from January 1 – December 31, 2010. Having years of advocacy experience in the field of democratization and protection of human rights and awareness of the justice sector in BiH, the CSOs have been involved in the process of monitoring and evaluation in order to contribute to building an independent and efficient justice system in BiH that is working for all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this regard, the establishment of a mechanism for evaluation and monitoring of the implementation of the JSRS is an indication of positive changes and having more open institutions in the justice sector in BiH.
