During the past 18 months, 5 civil society organizations made three three-month reports, two semi-annual reports, and one annual report on monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Justice Sector Reform Strategy (AP JSRS). This semi-annual report of the CSOs is an independent assessment of the implementation of the reform measures and activities of the AP JSRS by the relevant institutions for the period from January 1 – June 30, 2011. Five partner CSOs hope that this semi-annual report for the period from January 1 -June 30, 2011 will be useful and serve as a source of information to the relevant institutions, and donors in the justice sector, to further implement reform measures in the justice sector in BiH, and that the proposed recommendations will be discussed and adopted at the 6th Conference of Ministers of Justice in BiH and the President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH and the Judicial Commission of Brčko District of BiH.
