European Civil Justice Day was marked on October 24, 2012 in Bosnia and Herzegovina by a central event held at the Municipal Court of Sarajevo, co-organized by the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) and the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, in cooperation with the European Commission for Efficiency of Judiciary of the Council of Europe (CEPEJ).

As part of this event, a roundtable on “Communication Skills and Judicial Approach in Peaceful (Alternative) Dispute Resolution” was held at the Court premises. The roundtable was organized in cooperation with the Association of Mediators in BiH and the Association of Judges of BiH.
