The aim of this report is to present the results of an empirical study on discrimination in the labor market in BiH, and primarily to address direct forms of discrimination, although in several instances it also points to indirect forms of discrimination that are the product of the laws and practices of BiH authorities.
This report on Labor Market Discrimination in Bosnia and Herzegovina was published under the Equality for All Program: Coalition of civil society organizations against discrimination through the Grant Program under which the Association for Democratic Initiatives Sarajevo implements the project Strengthening the Role of Trade Unions in BiH to Combat Discrimination against Workers. The project is funded by the USAID and the Open Society Fund of BiH.
