In theory, organized crime stands out as the form that is the fastest to transform, and therefore represents a special challenge to all societies and institutions. One of the most effective means in the fight against organized crime is financial investigations.

Centre for Monitoring and Research (CeMI) Montenegro, in cooperation with the Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI) Sarajevo and Transparency Serbia, held three seminars in Podgorica, Sarajevo and Belgrade on the topic of financial investigations.
