Peace and human rights activist organizations, on December 10, 2012, in the Grand Hall of the Parliament of BiH, under the auspices of the informal Network for Building Peace (www.mreza-mira.net), marked the International Human Rights Day, entitled “My world of human rights”.

The Network for Building Peace was created with the support of the Let’s Choose Together project implemented by Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and the Caritas of the Episcopal Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina, supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

The main objective of marking the Human Rights Day was to draw attention to the vulnerability of all BiH citizens and to highlight the importance of activism as well as addressing this issue.

By presenting their activities, peace and human rights activists sent messages of peace and called on all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the world to enjoy peace, coexistence, understanding and respect for human rights.

Below the document you can find the protocol of the event in the Grand Hall of the Parliament of BiH.
