Conference “Citizens’ access to information, advice and active help with a focus on the existing legal aid system in Bosnia and Herzegovina” was held in Sarajevo on Thursday and Friday, September 12 and 13, 2013 in the conference room, Hollywood Hotel in Sarajevo (Ilidža). The conference was organized by the Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI), Center for Human Rights in Sarajevo, in collaboration with members of the Justice Network – an informal network bringing together 64 non-governmental organizations active in the justice sector and ECAS (European Citizens Action Service from Belgium). The conference was held with the technical support of the USAID Justice Sector II Development Project and the European Commission. The roundtable will be attended by leading representatives of public institutions as well as representatives of civil society, media and international organizations.
The national conference was held within the framework of the project “Triple A for citizens – access to information, advice and active help – Triple A” funded by the European Commission.
The aim of the national conference was to present possible solutions to public policies in these areas through the presentation of experiences and challenges in the field of information, counseling and active help and accompanying discussion.
