The content of the publication reflects the goals, structure and results of the project Strengthening the Role of Professional Associations in the Field of Justice in Bosnia and Herzegovina – JUP BiH. Thus, within its content, we first addressed the role and structure of civil society, in particular clarifying the role of professional associations. In the second part, we looked at the educational program through which representatives of professional associations in the field of justice have passed. The results of the work in the working groups are presented in the third part of the publication, which offers an analysis of the laws discussed by the working groups with a focus on the application of these laws in practice. An appendix to this section is an article on the public consultation process when drafting legal regulations. The final part of the publication is dedicated to professional associations in the field of justice as civil society organizations, where basic information about each association in Bosnia and Herzegovina, their mission and vision, activities and contact information are presented.
