Participants of the conference “Call for Changes”, representatives of the nongovernmental organizations, media, professional and business associations, other civil society organizations and academics instigated new initiative towards the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to accelerate the process of building the functioning dialogue between Council of Ministers and civil society. The conference was held in Parliament of BiH and the introductory speech was given by Prime Minister of BiH, Mr. Denis Zvizdić.

The representative of the Association for Democratic Initiatives, Snježana Ivandić Ninković together with the representative of the Ministry of Justice of BiH, Mr. Niko Grubešić, participated as a panelist on topic “The public consultation process and the role and position of civil society in the process of policy-making”. On the previous practices regarding the adoption of the Law on Free Legal Aid in BiH she pointed out all positive and negative sides of the existing mechanisms for public consultations. Also, she used the opportunity to invite the representatives of the legislative power in BiH for adoption of the Law on Free Legal Aid that will meet European and international standards and practices related to the free legal aid.
