On June 15 and 16, 2017, the third training within the project “Characteristics and Significance of Situational Testing in Process of Proving Discrimination”, was held in Banja Luka in hotel „Bosna“. The training was attended by representatives of civil society organizations from Banja Luka, Laktaši, Bužim and Bihać.
The training held in Banja Luka is the last in a series of three trainings on situational testing, which provides an opportunity for a more comprehensive insight into the level of knowledge acquisition by participants from this and other two trainings, as well as its application on concrete cases.
During the two-day training, participants had the opportunity to learn more about the basic concepts of discrimination, as well as to get acquainted with the Law on the Prohibition of Discrimination in more detail, to discuss examples from practice and to get acquainted with the topic of situational testing, and to use it on a concrete example.
The training was organized by the Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI) Sarajevo with technical support provided by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) in cooperation with: Mediacentar Sarajevo, Center for Social Research Analitika, Rights for All, and Vaša prava.
