From December 16 to 18, 2015, representatives of the Association for Democratic Initiatives Sarajevo participated in the training: “Financial Management for Non-Profit Organizations in BiH”, organized by the international organization Civil Rights Defenders for partner organizations from BiH.

The training was intended for employees of partner organizations working in the field of financial and project management. International expert from the German audit firm Fabel, Werner & Schnittke, Mr. Thomas, through specific techniques, methods and practical exercises, delivered three-day training in the following areas: financial planning, budgeting and oversight, auditing, cost control, accounting, financial and tax management, donor reporting, and fundraising and sustainability.
