During the visit to the EU Parliament from 3rd to 5th May, organized by the Civil Rights Defenders, ADI representative presented the issues important for the reform of the Justice Sector in BiH. Public distrust in the work of the judicial sector is a result of the low level of implementation of the existing laws, impunity of hate crimes, failure to implement existing court decisions, nonexistence of the Free Legal Assistance Law at the state level. The meeting was held with Mr. Andrej Plenković, vice president of the AFET Committee on Foreign Affairs.
