At the meeting with Mr. Christian Dan Preda, rapporteur for Bosnia and Herzegovina at the EU Parliament, ADI representative, Snježana Ivandić-Ninković, had the opportunity to present the findings and recommendations related to the work of the Secretary of Justice in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Moreover, questions of efficiency and independence of justice, inequality of citizens in terms of ensuring equal rights to access to justice, and prosecution and punishment of hate crimes was further discussed by ADI representative and viewed as a priority to the BiH judiciary. Presentation of recommendations of the national report for 2016 “Access to Justice, providing information, advice and free legal assistance in BiH” was conducted as part of the Triple A project on 3rd May 2016, at the EU Parliament.
